The "Harbor Court" or "Newport Court" as it is often referred to conducts a wide variety of services including "DUI Court" and "Drug Court" both held on Tuesdays at 9am in Courtroom H4. Traffic offenses that were previously handled by the Laguna Hill Facility are also handled at the Newport Beach Facility Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, with one Tuesday a month dedicated to night court. Translators and sign language interpreters are available upon request.

Previous Cases at Harbor Justice Center

• Defended a young woman charged with child endangerment. She was accused of several counts and her child was taken from her and briefly placed in foster care. Law Office of Michael L. • A same sex couple driving along the beach was being harassed by drivers in another car. The couple nearly got into an accident and was accused of trying to run the harassers off the road. The driver was charged with assault with a deadly weapon. Law Office of Michael L. Guisti was able to reduce the sentence to a misdemeanor and the man only served probation.
