On October 18, 2014, Attorney Michael L. Guisti was interviewed by Fox 11 news regarding one of his clients, Sherwin Ngo. The 34-year-old Irvine man was arrested at his workplace after he was charged with lewd acts against a child. Attorney Guisti approached Fox 11 News after they knocked on the door of his client's apartment.
"My client's innocent and we have to put together a good defense, and it will probably take quite a while to get this through the court system," he said in the interview.
Mr. Guisti made it very clear to the media that he has contacted the police and intends to aggressively fight his client's charges. When Fox 11 brought up the allegations that Ngo had been posing as a woman on Craig's List, Attorney Guisti laughed.
"I don't have any thoughts on that," he replied, laughing. "That's totally… I have not heard that."
